Before Contacting Us – what you need to know;

As an Asylum seeker in the UK if you are moved to North Wales you are entitled to free Legal advice from a local provider.   Do not pay another Solicitor or travel outside of North Wales for advice without speaking to us first.  

Eastgate Chambers can assist with your claim from our office in Wrexham City centre.  You do not need to pay.  We are contracted by the Legal Aid Agency to provide Asylum and Immigration advice across North Wales.   Our initial advice is free and we will take on your case subject to Legal Aid means testing.
