After 40 years of trading from offices in Cannock and Stafford, Chris Clark Solicitors formally closed on 30th April 2026 and from 1st May 2026, the business of Chris Clark Solicitors was aquired by Eastgate Chambers.
We are hoping this will be a seamless transition to enable Eastgate Chambers to continue to provide Legal Services to clients both in Stafford and Wrexham.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU – EXISTING CHRIS CLARK SOLICITORS CLIENTS
Unless notified otherwise, your file will be transferred to Eastgate Chambers and, in most cases, your file will still be managed by your current Case Handler until completion.
If you choose to instruct another firm to act for you, Eastgate Chambers will facilitate transfer of your file on receipt of a signed authority from you and settlement of costs incurred to date.
All existing Deeds and Wills of Chris Clark Soilcitors’ clients will be held in a File Storage facility at 25 Eastgate Street, Stafford, ST16 2LZ but are available for collection on request to Eastgate Chambers. In cases where Chris Clark Solicitors have been appointed as Executors of a Will, clients will be contacted directly with further information.
